DC’s Downtown Holiday Market
We consider a trip to the Downtown Holiday Market an annual tradition at this point – it just doesn’t quite feel like Christmas without a stroll through the assortment of festive offerings. Take advantage of this great opportunity to pick up a unique gift or two and select some items to deck your halls with, all while enjoying some cocoa and live music. The vendors will rotate throughout the month, so don’t hesitate to make a return trip or two!

Miracle on Seventh Street Pop-Up Bar
The latest in a string of uber-popular themed pop-up bars in this Shaw location, Miracle on Seventh Street celebrates the spirit of the season with themed rooms, cocktails and more. Your best Instagram photo ops include a snow cave, gingerbread house, a vintage sleigh, an ornament drenched bar, and a “Chinese take-out and a movie” themed space. Cocktails we can’t wait to try include the “I Sleigh, All Day” and the “You Go, Glenn Coco”. As always, bundle up because there’s sure to be a line around the corner waiting to get in!

Georgetown Glow
Georgetown is already pretty magical this time of year (or any time of the year, really), but with the installation of public light-art throughout the commercial district, including the C&O Canal, Grace Church, and Wisconsin Avenue, the neighborhood has really come to life this holiday season. Make a date night out if it by enjoying cocktails and dinner beforehand to keep you warm as you stroll.

MetroCooking DC 2017: The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertainment Show
Attention, foodies: this is your can’t-miss event of the year! Mingle with celebrity chefs, take in cooking demos, sample local beer and wine, and learn a new culinary skill at the pop-up cooking school at this year’s MetroCooking DC Show. You won’t be leaving emptyhanded either: hundreds of specialty food vendors will be showcases their goods for purchase in the exhibitor marketplace.

Nog Fest at The Wharf
The completion of The Wharf has given us a stellar new destination for nights on the town, plus a host of wonderful events to enjoy.
