Why you want it: Lowell is a fantastic place to live in its own right, but having access to an amazing city like Boston only sweetens the deal.  Residents of Lowell enjoy all of the historic charm and detail of the city with a little more room to breathe.  The apartments at Grandview are spacious, meticulously updated and feature some stunning water views with balconies in every unit.  While onsite amenities are limited, residents do have membership privileges at the nearby Stonehedge Inn + Spa including use of its pool, tennis courts, and discounts on massages.
