Where to Live

Atlanta has tons of historic and hip neighborhoods to live in, but we decided to narrow your choices down to three of our favorites. All of these neighborhoods have a personality of their own but keep residents entertained with an endless amount of activities and entertainment options.

Buckhead

Buckhead is an uptown district of Atlanta with a large financial and commercial core surrounded by suburban neighborhoods. The Cambridge at Buckhead Apartments are located right at the center of all the action within walking distance of award winning restaurants, entertainment, and upscale shopping at Phipps Plaza and Lenox Mall. This pet friendly community allows you to choose between 1 or 2 bedroom apartments with spacious floor plans equipped with varying amenities like balconies, lofts, and sunrooms. Community amenities include a clubroom, pool with wifi and grilling area, and plenty of social and networking events!

Midtown

Situated between the aforementioned Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta, Midtown is the second largest business district and is the center of the city’s art scene. Our favorite community to experience all the happenings of Midtown is the Camden Midtown Atlanta Apartments. These luxurious one, two, and three bedroom apartments come with either stained concrete or hardwood floors, upgraded cabinetry, large walk in closets, and granite counter tops. Workout in their state of the art fitness center, then hang out with friends and other residents by the resort style swimming pool and grilling area. You’ll be happy to know that pets are welcome, so they too can enjoy the nearby parks.

Morningside

Morningside is considered to be one of Atlanta’s most affluent and walkable neighborhoods. Residents in the area enjoy the weekly Farmer’s Market held year round every Saturday as well as close proximity to Atlanta’s other popular neighborhoods. The Modera Morningside Apartments encompass the are beautifully with their onsite organic grocery store, Sprouts. Other high class amenities include the hotel style pool with cabanas, a fitness and yoga center with juice bar, and a sky lounge with a demonstration kitchen. Choose between studio, one, two, and three bedroom units with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counter tops. Bonus: there is an onsite pet spa for your furry friends!

Keep in Mind

While a majority of the things we told you to do were indoors, there are a bunch of exciting, outdoor activities to partake in as well. Visit the Krog Tunnel and graffiti your name on the walls! (don’t worry its completely legal) Head downtown to Centennial Olympic Park and run through the world’s largest interactive fountain in the shape of the Olympic Rings. Walk through the gorgeous Atlanta Botanical Gardens which is located adjacent to another place perfect to enjoy the outdoors, Piedmont Park.  Last but not least, make the short drive out to Stone Mountain Park and witness one of the coolest laser light shows you’ve ever seen!
