Octave Apartments, located in Nashville’s Melrose neighborhood, takes luxurious and chic apartment living to the next level. Station 40 Apartments is conveniently located just a few minutes away from Downtown Nashville. Studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments are available, and there are several different floor plan options, catering to a variety of needs. The apartments have an urban-loft feel, with 9-foot ceilings, wide-open rooms, wood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchens are very glamorous, with granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and under-cabinet lighting. There are three different color schemes residents can choose from, and each apartment comes with faux wood blind window coverings as well. Residents have the luxury of an infinity swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, group fitness room, ground level retail, courtyards, and much more.
Station 40 takes just as great care of its pet residents. The apartment community is truly pet-friendly, and has a pet spa and fenced dog park. Your furry friends will feel just as luxurious at home as you will! Additionally, multiple parks surround the neighborhood, so the apartment pet park is not the only place to play with your pets. Accent Bellevue
Accent Bellevue is a brand new apartment community located in close proximity to downtown Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, TN. These modern apartments are available in studio, one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. They vary in size, with the smallest at 640 square feet, and the largest at 1,362 square feet. The apartments have a luxurious feel with stainless steel apartments, granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer, and spacious rooms. Broadstone Germantown
Broadstone Germantown is a brand new pet-friendly apartment community in one of Nashville’s most historic neighborhoods, Germantown. Studio, one, two, and penthouse apartments are available. The apartments have a wide-open feel to them, with 9 to 10-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, and spacious living areas. Quartz countertops and custom cabinetry in the kitchens, porcelain tile and frameless glass showers in the bathroom, and wood flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas make the Broadstone apartments look and feel top-of-the-line. The Broadstone Germantown is a unique community with residents of all kinds. These residents can utilize the community’s Rooftop Sky Lounge, salt-water pool and lounge deck, a songwriter’s room, outdoor courtyard and grilling areas, and several other amenities.
Broadstone Germantown is pet-friendly, and the apartments have direct access to sidewalk entrances and fenced-in courtyards so that residents can safely walk their pets. There is also an on-site pet spa and salon. The Germantown neighborhood is extremely walkable, so pet owners will have no issues wandering around town with their furry friend. The Broadstone Germantown still has available apartments, but the community recently opened its doors this year, so availability for you and your pets won’t last much longer!
