Arlington has become a hotbed for young couples and newlyweds who still want the perks of living near D.C. but need a more affordable option. Boston, MA
Boston is a great place to move for young couples because it has so many diverse neighborhoods to choose from that it attracts couples of all sorts. The city is also very walkable, a perfect excuse for you and your loved one to walk around, spend some quality time, and see some of Boston’s finest restaurants and activities.
The Boston Common alone could keep you and your loved one occupied with outdoor ice skating at Frog Pond, sneaking a kiss under a beautiful willow tree at the Public Garden, and it marks the start of the Freedom Trail. There are also some must see museums like the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum or the ICA and of course you must catch a Sox game at one of the most historic stadiums in sports, Fenway Park.
