Location
Downtown Baltimore is the heart of the city and in very close proximity to anywhere you would want to go. Sports games, restaurants, shopping, and museums are all in walking distance, and if not, Downtown is centrally located making any commute fairly easy. Weather

Throughout the year, Maryland has hot and sunny summer, crisp and colorful spring and fall, and snowy winters. The changing of seasons is always beautiful, and with each season comes different activities and ways to spend your time: cheer on the Baltimore Ravens in the fall and the Orioles in the spring, bundle up and ice skate at the Inner Harbor’s outdoor rink, and enjoy a boat cruise through the Inner Harbor during the summer months. Dining
The amount of noteworthy dining options Downtown is overwhelmingly amazing. Countless restaurants and bars, all in walking distance, occupy the city and have created quite the foodie scene – Zagat named Baltimore number two on their “The Top 17 Best Food Cities of 2015” list. Aggio, a fine dining establishment in the Inner Harbor, serves some of the best Italian food in the neighborhood. The Caesar Salad and Lasagna are must orders. B & O American Brasserie is located in the historic Baltimore and Ohio Railroad headquarters. While their menu changes regularly, it always features local ingredients. The Sunrise Wrap and the Cassoulet Skillet are both fan favorites off of the brunch menu, and the Crabcake is a classic Maryland dinner dish that B & O has mastered.

Culture and History
Museums, theaters, and historical landmarks are scattered all throughout the city of Baltimore. The Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum, the Edgar Allen Poe House and Museum, and the Maryland Art Place are just a few noteworthy museums to visit Downtown, and there are several others to choose from as well. The Maryland Science Center and the National Aquarium are both in the Inner Harbor and also well worth visiting. Whether you are looking for cultural history, educational, sports, or art, Baltimore’s museums will entertain everyone. The amount of theaters is just as long. Federal Hill, where the celebration of the ratification of the Constitution occurred is just a few minutes away from Downtown, and the Star Spangled Banner Flag House close by as well.
Sports
Baltimore residents are known for their pride in their city’s sports teams. The Baltimore Ravens games dominate during the fall while the Orioles take over the spring. Both stadiums are located Downtown, and the city goes crazy on game days. Whether you are a die hard fan or not, it doesn’t matter, as long as you are cheering these teams on you will fit right in!
