What makes it great: This huge one bedroom has a leafy view and awesome southern exposure. This means you get great morning sunlight in both the bedroom and living area. One thing I love about these older buildings is the high ceilings and oversized windows. It makes the entire apartment bright and airy. The kitchen has a real bonus– a dishwasher. This is the only unit in the building that has a dishwasher. The apartment is on the first floor but it is elevated. You don’t feel like you are on the street and as I mentioned, all the trees make you feel like you aren’t in the city. Tons of closet space too!
