Each year when late summer rolls around, we find ourselves looking for new and creative ways to use up fresh herbs.  Whether from our own balcony gardens or from co-workers with a surplus to share, we seem to always have more than we know what to do with (not that we’re complaining!).  Here are some fresh and flavorful summer recipes to help use up the last of your summer herbs.
