2015 is here and it’s time to pay for the damage we did over the holidays! All together, we managed to consume a total of 4 Thanksgiving dinners, 3 Christmas meals and an embarrassing amount of “good cheer” in the form of champagne over the last month. BB Twists: 3 sets, 1 minute each, 20 seconds rest in between.
Bicycle Crunches: 3 sets, 1 minute each, 20 seconds rest in between.
Forearm Plank: 3 sets, 1 minute each, 20 seconds rest in between.
