Capitol Riverfront
It’s no secret that development is booming in the increasingly alluring Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. From brand new apartment buildings and pop-up retail shops to thoughtfully planned parks and some of our favorite restaurants, there’s a whole lot to love about this neck of the woods. With views into Nationals Park from the extensive rooftop, a well-equipped club room, a state-of-the-art fitness center and more, F1rst Residences is a fitting addition to the neighborhood. With the green line Metro half a block away and ground-floor retail to include Taylor Gourmet, Chop’t, Rasa Indian Grill, Roti Mediterranean Grill, and Chipotle, convenience is the name of the game at F1rst Residences. First move-ins begin in April, but the leasing center is open now so don’t delay on reserving your space.
H Street
The H Street Corridor is a neighborhood that just continues to get better with time. Bordered by residential streets lined with charming row homes, this strip known for its hopping nightlife is quickly becoming a foodie scene as well. The resurgence of activity on H Street has also attracted a number of new apartment communities, one of the newest being The Apollo. Built on the site of the legendary Apollo Theatre, the cool factor is already baked into this modern, thoughtfully designed space. We’re googly-eyed over the seamless way both the apartments and the amenity spaces blend clean, modern details and art-deco elements, paying homage to the site’s historic roots. Residents here can look forwarding to enjoying a host of amenity spaces, including a rooftop pool and grilling area, a dog run and dog wash station for pampered pets, and an onsite cafe from the geniuses behind one of our personal favorites, The Wydown.
NoMa
The Metro-accessible NoMa neighborhood offers easy access to some of our favorite things in DC, including Union Market, The Metropolitan Branch Trail, and the seasonal outdoor movie night series, NoMa Summer Screen. With a red line Metro station, a Harris Teeter grocery store and numerous other retailers and dining options all within easy walking distance, it’s hard to deny the convenience of this neighborhood. Camden NoMa provides an elevated way to call this location home with their offering of luxury apartments and top-of-the-line amenities. Beginning February 1st, Phase II of this desirable apartment community will begin welcoming its first residents home. Based on the renderings we’ve seen of the sleek, modern finishes and thoughtfully designed amenity spaces, you’re going to want to get on the list to be one of the first to tour this space.
