Logan Circle is another one of D.C.’s most happening neighborhoods. The neighborhood is based around the traffic circle in Northwest Washington D.C. It is known for its historical charm, while still having some of the areas most happening shopping, dining, and entertainment options. A café and shopping scene by day and a thriving nightlife scene by night, Logan Circle can appeal to any and all crowds. The Victorian skyline, historic homes, stylish boutiques, eclectic coffee shops, and lively bar scene make Logan Circle one of the most sought after neighborhoods to live in.

Our Favorite Brunch Spot
We can’t get enough of Birch and Barley – a Logan Circle restaurant known for its collection of over 500 craft beers, delicious food, and laid back environment. Birch and Barley has an urban rustic feel to it, with dimmed lights, exposed brick walls, and dark hardwood flooring and features. Their brunch menu has a lot to choose from – standard brunch items, flatbreads and pizza, cheese and meat boards, and both seafood and vegetarian options. Their Boozy Brunch option is great for those who want to enjoy their specialty brunch cocktails. For $12, with the purchase of an entrée, one can enjoy two brunch cocktails and bottomless tea or coffee. Great for groups, families, or dates, Birch and Barley is our favorite place to enjoy a Saturday or Sunday brunch in Logan Circle.
Our Favorite Happy Hour Spot
Policy is one of our go-to happy hour spot in Logan Circle. Happy Hour takes place every Tuesday – Friday from 5-7pm and Saturdays from 4-7pm. You don’t want to miss out on these deals – Policy’s happy hour menu features mouth-watering appetizers and $4 – 6 dollar drinks. The food menu features Latin American inspired items such as mushroom arepa, shrimp arepa, grilled squid, fried yucca and more, all for under $10. Policy is perfect for happy hour nights during the summer with their newly renovated patio and picnic-style seating.
Best Place To Work Up A Sweat
Zengo Cycle is a D.C. indoor-cycling studio bringing residents a high-energy, full body workout in a motivating and upbeat environment. Zengo instructors guide riders through 45 minutes of an intense workout in a dimmed room with music blasting. The instructors go through a lengthy training process, giving riders the best possible indoor cycling experience. Rides are booked in advance and fill quickly – don’t miss out on this Logan Circle hot spot.

Logan Circle is Washington D.C.’s 6th most walkable neighborhood. With a Walk Score of 95, walking is typically the best means of transportation in Logan Circle. Pretty much all of your daily errands can be accomplished by walking, and there are countless restaurants, bars, and shops that are within walking distance of the neighborhood as well. Logan Circle has public transportation options as well. While the neighborhood doesn’t have it’s own Metro Stop, there are multiple stops within 5-7 blocks. There are several bus lines and Capital Bike Share, which are convenient options as well.
