Enjoy the convenience and ease of living in Northwest D.C.’s Friendship Heights neighborhood at 5333 Connecticut apartments. These brand new apartments are in walking distance to the Friendship Heights metro, shops, and restaurants.  5333 Connecticut residents have access to the communities 24-hour fitness center, infinity pool, rooftop deck, and several other amenities.  The building offers a variety of floor plans, all of which have a classic yet luxurious feel to them.  As of posting time, one bedroom apartment #120 is available for $2514/month.  

The Swift at Petworth

The Swift is one of our favorite communities in the Petworth neighborhood. The Swift’s beautiful apartments, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic location allow residents to fully immerse and enjoy themselves in city life. Studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plans are available here. Residents can enjoy a clubroom, fully equipped fitness center as well as a rooftop with lounging areas, grills, and a fire pit. Additionally, there is a Safeway located on the ground floor of the building – it can’t get more convenient than that.  As of posting time, there are a few one-bedroom apartments available, including apartment #206 which is offered at $1975/month.  

Garden Village

The Garden and Manor Village apartment community is a Tax Credit community located in the Southeast DC neighborhood, Congress Heights. The one and two-bedroom apartments vary in size from 550 to 650 Sq Ft and are equipped with hardwood floors, updated kitchens, and energy efficient appliances. The community itself offers 24-hour maintenance and management, has controlled access, and utilities included in your monthly tent. There is a Giant located minutes away from the community, so residents always have easy access to any of their grocery needs!  As of posting time, there are a couple of one-bedroom apartments available, including apartment #3511_302 for $1005/month (be sure to ask about qualifications).  

Brunswick House

Brunswick House is a Dupont Circle apartment community offering convenient studio and one-bedroom apartments. The studio apartments are 400 SF and the one-bedroom apartments are 559 SF. Apartment amenities include hardwood floors, large windows, and the convenience of utilities being included in the rental pricing. Additionally, Brunswick House apartments are entirely cat-friendly. Both the studio and one-bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of closet space – comfort and ease of living will never be an issue here. Brunswick House is in an extremely convenient location, adding to the appeal. The Dupont Metro Station is just two blocks away, bus stops surround the area, and Capital Bikeshare is available as well. Spacious apartments, a convenient location, and a fun neighborhood environment make Brunswick House an amazing place to call home.  As of posting time, one-bedroom apartment #0100 is available for $1960/month.

Hilltop House

Hilltop House, nestled between Adams Morgan, U Street, and Columbia Heights, is an apartment community offering studio one, and two-bedroom apartments for rent. Hilltop House apartments are cat-friendly and come equipped with hardwood floors, large closets, breakfast bars, and large windows. Like the Brunswick House and Clarence House, rent includes the cost of utilities to keep apartment living easy for the residents here. Hilltop House faces Meridian Hill Park, one of DC’s most Instagram-worthy locations, where there is always something going on. Yoga classes, kickball leagues, and several other social and cultural events take place at the park, and Hilltop House residents can enjoy these activities whenever.  As of posting time, there are 2 one-bedroom apartments available for $1825/month, apartment #112 and #508.
