In order to expose you to as many awesome DC rental deals as possible, each week we will highlight an affordable apartment for rent in DC, available right now, courtesy of one of our favorite Washington real estate experts and her blog, Exposed Brick DC.  This week, we’re falling for this Capitol Hill 4 bedroom house perfect for sharing!

4 BD/2 BA: 1700 sq ft
Capitol Hill
Some utilities included

What makes it great: Located on one of Capitol Hill’s many picturesque streets, you wouldn’t believe that a spacious four bedroom apartment existed in this little rowhouse. The secret is that the bottom of the house was dug out to create a two story apartment that comfortable accommodates four people. The main level has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, spacious living area, and two big bedrooms that both have access to a large patio. Down the spiral staircase are two more bedrooms, joined by a jack and jill bathroom. The downstairs master is huge and features a bonus room that can be used as a office, storage area, or huge dressing area. This bedroom also has access to the back patio. There is a washer and dryer on each floor. Capitol South Metro is only one block away. Move in September 1.
