HECHT WAREHOUSE
Located in Ivy City in Northeast DC, Hecht Warehouse is truly a one-of-a-kind property. Converted from the former Hecht Company Warehouse, much care was taken to preserve details and features that make this space unique and honor its history. Details like original glass block, railroad tracks, and exposed brick provide charm and intrigue, while brand new features such as stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplashes, and in-unit laundry provide modern comfort and style. We absolutely love the loft-style spaces with their high ceilings and natural light, and the kitchens are downright dreamy. Clean and minimal with a touch of industrial detail, we could see ourselves whipping up many a meal in these spaces.
The Kennedy-Warren
Built in the 1930’s in stunning Art Deco style, the historic Kennedy-Warren is a gorgeous piece of DC history. Split into the original Historic Wing and the brand new South Wing, there are a variety of floorplans and finishes available to choose from at this apartment community, but we’ve got our eye on the stunning and unique kitchens of the Historic Wing. Details like the black and white checkered floors, built in display cabinets, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances make these spaces truly special and different than anything on the market.
13th And U
Welcoming its first residents in early 2017, 13th And U is set to be an amazing addition to the U Street Corridor. Featuring ground-floor retail, thoughtful amenities and luxurious finishes, we’re dying to know more about this hotly-anticipated apartment community. We are loving the clean minimal lines and handsome wooden cabinetry that make these kitchens so lust-worthy.
