When it comes to finding the perfect apartment, people typically start with an idea in mind of what they can and cannot live without. Individual preferences vary, but almost everyone begins the apartment search process with a solid checklist of what they are looking for. For some, it comes down to the size of the rooms, while others may take into consideration the community amenities. An apartment amenity that is always on our radar? Closet space. Having really great closet space is something we typically don’t base our search around, but we always appreciate it when it’s there. Nashville, TN is home to some of our favorite apartment communities, which happen to have noteworthy closets.
Octave Apartments
Octave Apartments, located in Nashville’s Melrose/Berry Hill neighborhood, take luxurious and chic apartment living to the next level. These brand new apartments range in terms of both floor plans and sizing – studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments are available, with the smallest being 541 Sq Ft and the largest being 1,149 Sq Ft. The apartments have high ceilings, balconies and patios, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and in-unit laundry.
Additionally, the Octave has an expansive walk-in closet that we can’t stop raving about. These spacious walk-in closets will have shoe and clothing lovers rejoicing – plenty of space for their most cherished items! The Melrose neighborhood is a great area for shopping so you won’t have any trouble filling these wide open walk-in closets that the Octave offers.
The Octave apartment community is hard to beat – salt-water pool, a high-end fitness center, an outdoor grilling area, a club room, and a pet park are just a few of the amenities residents can enjoy. The apartments are high-end, the community is remarkable, and the up and coming neighborhood is one of the best places to live in Nashville.

The Broadstone Germantown
One of our favorite areas in Nashville is the Germantown neighborhood. Being one of Nashville’s most historic neighborhoods, Germantown is unique, beautiful, and a convenient area to live in. Broadstone Germantown is a brand new apartment community in the Germantown neighborhood. Studio, one, two, and penthouse apartments are available at the Broadstone Germantown. The apartments feature 9-10 foot ceilings, large and spacious rooms, and luxury walk-in closets, bringing a wide-open feel to the living space.
The walk-in closets will make anyone feel like a king or queen – they have more than enough space to fit everything you want and more. The Broadstone has several shops within close proximity to the apartment community – boutiques and the Nashville Farmer’s Market are just a few examples. Additionally, the Broadstone is located close to downtown Nashville, where there are countless other shopping options. Plenty of places to help you get your money’s worth with Broadstone Germantown’s walk in closets.

909 Flats
909 Flats, also located in the Germantown neighborhood, is a Nashville apartment community that allows residents to enjoy luxury urban living. Studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments are available with various floor plans to choose from. 9-foot ceilings, spacious rooms, private patios and balconies, walk-in showers, and high-end kitchens are just a few of the things we love about the 909 Flats.
One of our favorite features of the 909 Flats are the spacious walk-in closets that come in each apartment and are perfect for every fashionista. As stated before, the Germantown neighborhood is a great area to shop in, and conveniently located if the shops here aren’t enough.
The community gives residents access to a salt water swimming pool, state of the art fitness center, resident lounge, and an on-site music studio. Additionally, there is a business center equipped with Mac computers, valet trash and recycling pick up, a doggie den & run, and much more. Living here allows residents to experience urban living while being in one of the greatest cities ever!
