The Apartment Kitchens We're Crushing On Right Now | Design and Decor Inspiration

Chicago, IL

While we’ve been going gaga over bright, white spaces lately, the handsome masculine tones over at 1333 South Wabash, a brand new apartment community in Chicago’s South Loop Neighborhood, have us singing a different tune.  Designer fixtures, a cool, soothing color-scheme, and top of the line appliances and finishes have us sharpening our knives over here!  This attention to detail extends throughout the rest of the apartment and building as well, with thoughtful details ans gorgeous amenity spaces.

Washington, DC

In a time when Washington, DC is overflowing with sleek, brand new modern apartment communities, 2401 Pennsylvania Ave offers a refreshing change of pace.  Although these apartments boast all of the same top-of-the-line amenities and features on the new kids on the block, the spaces maintain a stately, well-appointed feel to them, which is lacking from a lot of their competitors.  Details like a wood burning fireplace in the living room, private balconies with french doors and chef-caliber kitchens with custom wood cabinetry take you back to a different place in time when quality and attention to detail were of the utmost importance.

Seattle, WA

Perfectly fitting for one of the hottest neighborhoods in Seattle, a city that just oozes cool, 8th + Republican Apartments have us green with envy over the sleek, modern finishes and thoughtful attention to detail.  You can really tell that everyday functionality was also top of mind when designing these picture perfect minimal spaces.  We’re loving the contrast of the all-white, modern cabinets and appliances combined with the exposed-beam style open-shelving.

Boston, MA

Boston, one of our favorite cities in the world, is also home to some of our favorite design and architectural inspirations.  The blend of historic and new is endlessly fascinating and we love watching the city evolve.  One brand new addition to the Back Bay is 30 Dalton Apartments, and we’re loving everything about how these spaces are appointed.  From the unique cabinetry and backsplash to the chef-worthy appliances, you’d be hard-pressed to get us out of the kitchen if we called these apartments home!

Los Angeles, CA

North Hollywood’s NoHo Arts District is home to some really cool shopping, dining and entertaining, but the offering of apartment communities here is pretty great too.  One common complaint of apartment dwellers (yes, that includes us) is lack of storage space.  Well wait until you see the kitchen pantry to end all kitchen pantries in these one bedroom floorplans at The Hesby Apartments.  A literal wall of cabinets means you can store every kitchen gadget AND Grandma’s 12 piece formal dining set without breaking a sweat.  Yes, please!
