Why you want it: With the Woodley Park Red Line Metro station directly across the street, this location could not be any more convenient.  Residents here also enjoy a variety of dining options right outside their front door, and, of course, the National Zoo is just a short stroll away.  2701 Connecticut combines the convenience of the Connecticut Avenue corridor with classic charm and period details. Inside, these roomy apartments have high ceilings and large windows, which create an open and bright atmosphere.

Good to know:  This is an older building, and with all of the wonderful charm and detail that comes along with that, also comes a lack of amenities.  There is a great rooftop deck to enjoy, but know that laundry is in the basement and you’ll be missing out on a dishwasher in your apartment, but the price for what you’re getting can’t be beat.
