After all the Thanksgiving prep, I am looking for an easy week in the kitchen. This white bean, kale and sausage soup from cooking classy hits the spot! I cook up a batch on Sunday and enjoy it for lunch all week. It is so tasty and so easy!

Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowl
With the days being so short in December and it getting dark so early, the dark tricks my brain into thinking it’s colder than it really is. After commuting home in the dark, nothing makes me feel warmer than spicy food.
