What makes it great: I am always excited when I find a carriage house. Carriage houses are unique, historic, and hard to find. If you are lucky enough to find one of these, jump on it immediately. The house was recently renovated featuring a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central air, and a washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms and two large bedrooms. There is a shared backyard and pets are welcome!
