Post Holiday Detox Workout

2015 is here and it’s time to pay for the damage we did over the holidays!  All together, we managed to consume a total of 4 Thanksgiving dinners, 3 Christmas meals and an embarrassing amount of “good cheer” in the form of champagne over the last month.  We decided it was time to bring Brady back to provide us with a post holiday detox workout focused on tightening the core and burning fat. You’re welcome. And sorry.

12 minute workout:

BB Twists: 3 sets, 1 minute each, 20 seconds rest in between.

Bicycle Crunches: 3 sets, 1 minute each, 20 seconds rest in between.

Forearm Plank: 3 sets, 1 minute each, 20 seconds rest in between.
